| it has been a veeeeeery long time since i have written on this thing! over a year. craziness. anyway basically.. i'm just waiting to hear from colleges.
and waiting
SUCKS.
well i guess i might as well write something on here, i mean this IS a weblog. so i think i'm going to ramble for a little bit. i wonder who will actually read this...
so i hate thinking about hearing back from schools and but it's so hard to NOT think about! i'm checking my email every minute of the day on the computer, on my phone; i'm running to the mailbox to check the mail. it's just so hard to try to not think about it when you're on break and there's not a lot to occupy your time. so instead, you go and check your email just one more time. fifty times every hour! haha
i guess i'll just write here when i finally find out from schools. so far this is what it's looking like:
cleveland institute of music (cim) - accepted, $10,000 scholarship
nyu - accepted, only received a postcard so far saying "welcome to nyu! come to this brunch..."
at least i can look forward to shostakovich 5 tomorrow in pco rehearsal! haha i am such a dork.

| YAYY All State was amAAzing! we sounded SO good in our concert--i didn't care that we never got to leave early because of the anal orchestra chairman who said it was against the rules! because we freakin kicked ass! and i'm getting the CD's for every ensemble--my dad told me that EVERYONE was really strong and i wish i could've heard all of the concerts.. but it was virtually impossible =(
but NOW i just found out TODAY that i got into the All Eastern Orchestra!! what what?! haha i'm still SHOCKED but extremely excited! i had no idea i was THAT good haha =P
well i have a juilliard concert tomorrow in alice tully hall! i'm so excited, my mom surprised me with a new black dress to wear!! woo hahaa it's funny how before i was so depressed.. and my life is just so amazing right now! i hope everyone else is doing well too!!!! <3333 | | |

yay finally! i just have to get through tuesday and wednesday now, and i'm free for the rest of the weekend =)
i am SO psyched! mandy and i are going.. and blucas is so excited, he's like "you guys, we are gonna bond SOOO much!" hahahah i love blucy! even if the orchestra is ehh.. whatever, i'm excited anyway!
..i just hope i don't end up with weird roommates. i keep having dreams that i will! haha =P | | |
